2025 NEATE & CTCTE Conference Registration

The New England Association of Teachers of English (neate.org) is thrilled to invite teachers and students at all levels of education to register for our annual conference to be held at Eastern Connecticut State University on October 25, 2025. 

The theme, Brave Spaces, Safe Spaces, reaffirms our commitment to providing  students with opportunities to explore themselves, take risks, and develop the confidence and agency to become  productive, literate citizens of the world. As educators, we foster learning environments where courage and safety coexist, providing space where students can thrive. We encourage our students to explore bold,  controversial ideas and engage in fearless conversations. We provide space to push the boundaries of education,  to help our students understand that being educated is about more than literacy: it means standing up for what  is right and just.
